Cheese Sauce
  1. Melt butter & cheese in a sauce pan. Add corn starch, salt & pepper and blend well.
  2. Remove from heat, gradually add milk, mixing until smooth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Makes 1 cup sauce. Use over cauliflower or broccoli.
