- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jar (14 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- In large skillet, cook beef and onion. Drain off grease.
- Add spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer until heated.
- Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- In blender, combine milk, eggs, oil, flour and salt; cover and process until smooth. Pour over cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25 minutes.
Can freeze leftovers for another quick meal.
