- 3 oz Brie
- 1 large tomato
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Remove rind from Brie. Peel tomato.
- Cut Brie and tomato into small cubes.
- Cut basil leaves into thin strips.
- Combine all ingredients and cover. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
