- 1 can (29 oz) sweet potatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- dash of salt
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter
- 1 1/2 cups mini-marshmallows
- Slice potatoes and put into baking dish. Pour orange juice over.
- Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle over potatotes.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
- Put marshmallows on top and broil until lightly browned. (Top will be crispy.)
