SugarBusters Chicken
  1. Cut chicken breasts into 3 strips. Brown in small amount of oil.
  2. Remove chicken, and sauté onion, peppers and mushrooms in the oil.
  3. Cook egg noodles until al dente, drain well and mix with sautéed vegetables.
  4. In a sprayed baking dish, put the noodles and vegetables. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese.
  5. Put browned chicken strips on top (push down into noodles slightly), and sprinkle with another 1/2 cup cheese.
  6. Bake (375°F?), uncovered, for 25 minutes.
