- 1/2 cup maple sugar (may substitute with brown sugar and maple syrup or flavouring)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 unbaked 8" pie shell
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- Mix maple sugar, brown sugar and flour. Sprinkle evenly over pie shell.
- Pour cream over sugar mixture and bake at 350°F until pastry is golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
- Serve warm.
