Stuffed Mushrooms
  1. Mix all ingredients together and stuff into mushroom caps. Place on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes until brown.
  1. Sauté the onions in small amount of butter in skillet.
  2. Add the bread crumbs and cheese.
  3. Stuff the mushroom caps and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Broil until the cheese melts.
  1. Peel and dice the tomatoes. Squeeze out most of seeds and juice.
  2. Mix the tomatoes with the basil leaves and garlic powder.
  3. Stuff caps and arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. If desired, sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella cheese on top of each cap.
  5. Broil until brown (or until cheese is melted, if used).
