- Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
- Raw bulk sausage
- Green onions, snipped
- Garlic powder
- Italian bread crumbs
- Mix all ingredients together and stuff into mushroom caps. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until brown.
- Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
- Onion, chopped
- Butter
- Italian bread crumbs
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Sauté the onions in small amount of butter in skillet.
- Add the bread crumbs and cheese.
- Stuff the mushroom caps and place on a baking sheet.
- Broil until the cheese melts.
- Tomato-Basil Stuffed Mushrooms
- Fresh tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves, snipped
- Garlic powder
- Mozzarella Cheese, grated (opt.)
- Peel and dice the tomatoes. Squeeze out most of seeds and juice.
- Mix the tomatoes with the basil leaves and garlic powder.
- Stuff caps and arrange on a baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella cheese on top of each cap.
- Broil until brown (or until cheese is melted, if used).
