  1. Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain well. Transfer to well-buttered 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Melt butter in medium saucepan; add prosciutto and sauté 3 minutes. Reduce heat, stir in peas, cream, half the Parmesan and nutmeg and blend well.
  4. Pour over noodles in baking dish and toss. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake about 10 minutes, uncovered.
