• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 pkg (1 box) Stove Top Beef Stuffing
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup catsup (divided)
• 2 beaten eggs
• Onions and/or mushrooms (opt.)

1. Mix all together except 1/4 cup catsup.
2. Grease pan and press the meatloaf mixture into it. Pour the rest of the catsup over meatloaf mixture.
3. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour or until done.
