Steak with Blue Cheese Sauce
  1. Cook and stir cheese, garlic, wine and red pepper over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted; keep warm.
  2. Heat margarine or butter in a 12" skillet until hot.
  3. Cook steaks over med-high heat, turning once, until medium doneness, about 5 minutes each side. Sprinkle with pepper. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  4. Add water to skillet, heat to boiling, stirring to loosen browned bits, boil 2 minutes. Stir pan juices into cheese mixture and pour over steaks. Sprinkle with parsley.
