- 2 cups cooked yellow squash, well drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can Cream of Celery soup
- 2 cups cornbread, crumbled
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Sauté onion in butter.
- Add rest of ingredients and pour into sprayed baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F, uncovered.
