Sourdough Bread Crab Dip
  1. With electric beater, mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add grated cheese, onions, sauce and crab meat and mix together with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  2. Cut top off sourdough bread and put aside. Hollow out bread but don’t make any holes on the bottom or sides or dip will leak out. Put this bread aside to use for dipping.
  3. Pour dip into bread bowl and put top back on. Wrap tightly with foil and bake at 400°F for 1 hour or until sauce is hot throughout. (Use Middle rack. Can put on cookie tray if concerned about dripping.)
