- 1 lb shrimp, cleaned and peeled..
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs
- Lemon Wedges
- Melt the butter in a heavy skillet, add minced garlic, cook until garlic is nearly translucent
- Add the shrimp and cook until done, but still tender.
- Add the breadcrumbs and stir until shrimp are coated.
- Serve hot, with lemon wedges.
