- 1 can (1 lb) whole tomatoes, drained and quartered
- 1 can (12 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 6 or 7 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Lightly spray baking dish. Sauté green onions in butter about 3-4 minutes. Season with sugar, salt, pepper, and basil.
- Add tomatoes and artichokes and put all into baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
