Scalloped Tomatoes & Artichoke Hearts
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Lightly spray baking dish. Sauté green onions in butter about 3-4 minutes. Season with sugar, salt, pepper, and basil.
  3. Add tomatoes and artichokes and put all into baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
