San Francisco Chops
  1. Heat the oil in a skillet, brown meat on both sides.
  2. Mix garlic, oil, sherry, soya sauce, brown sugar & red pepper. Pour over chops and cover tightly.
  3. Simmer 30 - 35 minutes. Add a few tablespoons of water if needed.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water, add to pan and cook until thickened.
  5. Serve over buttered noodles.
