Salisbury Steak with Hamburger

I usually serve this with mashed potatoes and double the gravy so that there is enough to spoon over them.

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the soup with remaining ingredients except water; mix well. Shape into 6 patties; arrange in single layer in a 13 x 9" or 12 x 8" baking dish.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
  4. Skim off any fat. In small bowl, combine remaining soup and water; spoon over patties.
  5. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
