- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 6 slices bread, cut in cubes and dried (about 4 cups)
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- In an 8" square microwave-safe dish, put the butter, onion and celery; cover, and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Add the bread cubes, poultry spice, sage, and parsley and toss until mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
