- 1 1/2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (or more for extra flavor)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pumpkin seeds, cleaned but unwashed.
- Combine butter, sauce and salt. Pour this mixture over pumpkin seeds which have been separated from the stringy, fleshy part of the pumpkin.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Place in shallow baking dish or jelly roll pan and bake at 250°F for one hour or until dry and somewhat browned. Stir occasionally.
