Pesto Torta
  1. Mix the cream cheese, sauce, onions and garlic. Pack 1/3 of it into a plastic wrap-lined breadloaf pan.
  2. Spread half of pesto sauce on it, going all the way to the edge. Make another layer of cream cheese mixture and then pesto sauce, ending with cream cheese.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill several hours.
  4. When ready to serve, just invert pan onto serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley and serve with buttery crackers.
