• Chocolate cookie pie shell
• 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
• 3 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup Tequilla
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1 Tbsp grated lime peel

1. Combine all ingredients and pour into the chocolate pie shell. Freeze.
2. Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before serving. Top each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and twist of lime peel.
