- Chocolate cookie pie shell
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup Tequilla
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 Tbsp grated lime peel
- Combine all ingredients and pour into the chocolate pie shell. Freeze.
- Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before serving. Top each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and twist of lime peel.
