- 16 oz low fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat
- 2 Tbsp onion, finely-chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- Milk, as needed to thin (if desired)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Cut the lobster meat into bite sized pieces. Stir all the ingredients together, adjusting the consistency with milk, as desired.
- Place into an oven-proof dish and refrigerate for several hours.
- Bake uncovered at 375° for 25 minutes until bubbly.
