• 1 cup Whipping Cream
• 1 cup Chocolate (or chocolate chips)

1. Combine in a saucepan and bring almost to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. Allow to cool, but not to the point where it can't be poured.
3. Pour or drizzle ganache over cake, making sure to coat the sides.
4. Allow to set before serving.
