Dreams Do Come True

My parents were invited by Ryan's for dinner, and coincidentally the date planned was the day of our 9 month anniversary. Although I was 50min. late (as usual!), we still had the best time. After dinner, we hung around on his driveway and just messed around. (We waved to every car that passed by and danced around in the street.)Later I had the most amazing time with Ryan taking pictures of us in wacky scenes...some in 'Dharma & Greg' poses, some of us dancing to N'Sync, and even a couple of him "proposing" to me on one knee! I've never had more fun in my entire life, and I wouldn't trade the memories for the world. Eventually of course, like all things wonderful, the time came for me to leave.:o( I really hate going over there sometimes, 'cause saying goodbye is almost as bad as not seeing him completely...almost!

It was like a dream come true (but like I said before, being with him is enough of a dream come true), and I don't think I'll ever forget the fun we had. Sometimes I wonder if things like these last. I know it'll seem kinda' negative, but I've come to learn that magical moments only happen in dreams...and all dreams eventually come to an end. Maybe this time it'll be different. Maybe I'll wake up 10 years from now, with him sitting beside me, proving that some dreams never die. Hey, one can dream! If you don't have a dream, how can you have a dream-come-true?
