Back to present time

“I wonder if he still has those eyes.” Cassandra thought. She went over to AJ and sat on the couch right by him. She slowly took off the glasses and just looked at him. Brian was watching her because he knew something. Aj wasn’t asleep. Aj opened his eyes and looked and Cassandra. She looked in his eyes and as much as she wanted to she couldn’t look away. Aj felt the same. Finally Cassandra gave his sunglasses back and ran to her room.

“What was that about?” Brian asked. Aj shook his head.

“She still has those eyes.” Aj said in a daze. Brian chuckled and shook his head.

“Aj you got it bad, and it seems she does too.” Brian laughed. AJ sat there and looked up the stairs. He got up and walked to Cassandra’s room. He knocked. No answer. He opened the door and Cassandra was looking up at the ceiling, a look of sadness and confusion filled her face.

“Cassandra? You ok?” Aj asked, Cassandra looked his way.

“Yeah, but I got to go to a doctors appointment in about an hour.”

“Want a lift?”

“I don’t want to oppose.”

“You won’t, I promise.” Cassandra looked over at him.

“Maybe you did change AJ.” Cassandra got up and got ready. About 45 minutes later Aj took Cassandra to the doctor’s office. He dropped her off at her request and on the way back he kept thinking about her.

“I did change Cassandra, I’m falling for you.”
