This one is set up for a coaster brake, in 1977 the freewheel wasn't being used on all BMX'er yet.
The chain stays on this frame are kinda cool, they also act as drop outs for the rear wheel. Thank God they welded the seat stays on top of the drop out to avoid any tweakage!
The secondary tube up front was for strength as well as to give it that classic "Laguna Beach Cruiser" look.
