God chose to take you away from me. I see her no more, but with me she shall be. From now until eternity. Savor the moments, enjoy the good times. Make eight short hours turn into nine.
The laughter warms us deeply and Finds us chuckling too. As we feel their joy and sometimes could cry. I have asked myself time and time again. When do I stop being a mother, and just become a friend.
Love them, enjoy them, help them to know. The right from the wrong, to nurture and grow.
Busy I was, and that makes me sad. Rushing from here to get over to there. Why did I not see, the gift I was given. Slow down my life and just enjoy the moments.
My quest in life was to see them through. One day he said "mommy", what is life all about. How do I tell him, what do I say? It has to come out in just the right way. My little girl followed behind, oh dear me. This was different, much harder to define. Birds and bees do not work anymore. I must be honest, this will be quite a chore. How do I tell them, what do I say. Just live a clean life and in the right way. Temptations will come, tested you will be. Look within yourself when a question appears. Do not follow the leader, thus a leader you will be.
Wider than the sky. Beautiful as a rose or a tear in her eye. More caring and giving, than the dearest of friends. A mother's love is the gem of all gems. No one will love you, as a mother you see. As the years pass by, and grown up we will be. Remember the time she has given to you, give her the time before it passes through.
