oct 23 '99: ENTER COCHESE aka Aaron. The new brother of the farm. We had to let Spencer go on his merry way because we didnt see any further growth in the band with him in it. We're sure he'll end up in another rocking band eventually. Anyway, we are ready to book like a mofo making music, playing shows, and all that stuff. Keep your eyes and ears open people.
oct 08 '99: just wait people, wait for our next show. we were gonna play at our school, but they screwed us over. they told us we had 10 minutes to play and then the next day it was the cheerleaders who had our ten minutes. let me say something: you guys might not like us, but we are here to stay and we are more real than anything youve had to deal with in your life, chickenshit conformist. we'll see who laughs last.
September 1: Word of a good record deal floating about...maybe even a show...details are sketchy but we'll let you know as soon as they kome in.
aug 27: Added a new song to the Free MP3 download list: "[I want to] MOSH" So go get it!
aug 25: Got a few Great practices in over the last few dayz...the new vocalist is really working out for us...(Right on Kris). Practiced a new song, and more are on the way. And if you havent got the album yet, go and get one at our MP3 site,

aug 23: Matt: writing new material. Kris and i are cranking out the jams hardcore.
aug 14: Today is a big day for the farm, and it's too bad it has to come in light of the recent tragedy (see aug. 13). Our first album, the self-titled 'AnimaL FARM', was released today. You can get it on our mp3 page.
aug. 13: the album will be out tomorrow or sunday. the price will be $8.00. "Leash" will soon be available for free download on our mp3 page. Also, our album is going to be dedicated to the memory of one of our biggest fans, and a good friend, Sarah Barkus, who was killed in a car accident by a drunk driver on 8/11/99. aug. 12: The album for mp3.com is almost ready. It should be out in the next couple of days, so keep checking MP3.com for it.
august 11: Uploaded a lot of MP3's to
MP3.com. We'll have the exact link to our songs in a bit...you kan also buy the CD for cheap...check it out!
august 9: We found out that the name "Animal Farm" is already a band...(actually its some guy that plays ALL the instruments...and kalls it a band) So we are pretty much skrewd and need to get a new name...Have any ideaz? If so, post them on the

august 8: Working on new sound, riffs, and getting a new drummer (sorry Psycho). New songs are in the making. Next few praktices will hopefully produce new material.
may 9: Went into the studio yesterday and did four songs. working on the album like mad. all the songs are finished, just need to be recorded.
apr 30: 8 more songs written and demo-ed. thats 13 total. we sold a tape for five bucks!!
apr 19: Z-Bo is talking to some dude about hooking us up with some studio time. I'm thinking it may be a month or two before this happens though, as we need to practice and get more songs. But if we take more time we'll be able to record an EP or maybe an actual album, which would be available for purchase through the page.
apr 12: everybody who keeps asking for a demo please be patient. we are working on it and have made two unsuccessful attempts. we can promise you one thing: when it gets done, it will rock.
mar 12: put pics up. found out battle of bands is june 4, and working on the paperwork.
mar. 8 '99: managed top get $100 to buy mikes and tapes for recording purposes.
mar. 7 '99: We are working on getting money with which to make a demo so this summer we can start gigging around the area. Also fine tuning our songs and performance for the battle of the bands/talent show at KLHS. More details as stuff emerges.
early Mar. 99: There are bound to be setbacks for this band, but who would of thought that someone would take it upon themselves to judge us? To see what I mean, check out Katie's little comment in our guestbook. Let me say this too: we are not racist, we are not posers, and we are not going to let you piss on our band. late Feb. 99: Gave up trying for a drummer, hired the drum machine for good. Revving up for high school battle of the bands. Talking about making a 4track demo.
late Jan. 99: Still no drummer, songs written. Signs hung in classrooms at school spread word of mouth about us, even though no one has heard us.
early Jan. 99: Animal Farm Formed with 3 members, and looking for a drummer. Jam sessions begin...
