Michelle is quiet, reserved, and exibits genius and iron-will that can rarely be halted. She is very nice to the othersenshi, admired and at times envied by the younger girls, though as Neptune she tends to be harsher and colder.
Michelle’s interests include playing the violin, painting, and swimming, each of which she is extremely talented in.
Her best friend is Amara but they are obviously much more than friends, though they deny it. While they don't come out and say that they're lovers, it's pretty obvious with what is considered their 'classic' exchanges during the anime. Michelle loves Amara dearly and would die to keep her from harm.
Michelle’s intellect is the greatest of her assets. Unlike her partner Amara, Michelle considers the implications of her actions before going into action. As Sailor Neptune, she is also very serious, and like Amara, willing to die for her cause. However, she doesn't want to see Amara get hurt, and has often compromised her position to protect her partner.
Neptune and Uranus often combine their attacks in battles. Her original mission, along with Sailor Uranus, is to find the tailsmans said to be able to save
the world.
