Lazzarus Vesper.
Lazzarus was born in the small farming village of Rolling Meadows. Lazzarus's parents
where killed when he was only 16 and he had to raise his sister who at the time was 13.
Lazzarus took care of his sister by becoming a blacksmiths assistant. All was well until
that spring hit, the time when Krycin the Red dragon of Salome mountains came to the
village each and every year to claim a maiden. Rolling Meadows being surrounded by the
Salome mountains had no one to turn to for help against Krycin so instead they organized
a lottery every year and all the maidens names where put in and one picked out that year
it was Lazzarus's sister Alexis. Alexis was tied to the offering pole and when Krycin
landed Lazzarus tried to free his sister. As a reminder to all Krycin scared Lazzarus's
chest with his immense claw, a reminder of what can happen if they do not co-operate.
Weeks went by while Lazzarus healed finally when Lazzarus was back to new he bought
a sword form the blacksmith and set off to the west through the mountains in hope to find
someone to help them against Krycin. On the shores of the straight of Agros Lazzarus
came across a band of pirates who seized Lazzarus as a slave. Lazzarus and hundreds
more was forced to row the pirates ship. Beatings became a well known reward and
punishment Lazzarus's back a testimony to that. Months later they reached the shores of
Kaedan and was sold to the Shogun of Sevalen as a gladiator. Bought as a slave to
through in for amusement the Arena was amazed at this slaves will to live as he took
down seasoned gladiators. Nearly a year and a half went by with Lazzarus acting as a
gladiator. Then one day the shogun Lao Sho Took Lazzarus out of the arenas and offered
him his freedom all he need to do is become a soldier in his army and be transferred to
his outlying regions from the hordes. Lazzarus agreed and was put through a training
camp where he learned martial arts and was trained with a sword. Nearly six months later
Lazzarus and eleven others where transported to the small town of Ky. Everything was
fine over the next couple of months and then the Hordes came into Ky. half of the sentry
ran leaving Lazzarus and five others. Five of the remaining six died in a matter of five
minutes even with the out numbering odds Lazzarus fought to the end. The Leader of the
horde Liao Shung admired the outsiders spirit and offered him the choice join or die.
Lazzarus with the will he had chose to join for the next three months Lazzarus rode with
the horde and became one of the horde. One day the horde happened across a party of
adventures who when ordered to surrender their valuables chose to fight only one chose
no to fight a monk by the name of Taben. Taben joined the Horde becoming a horde
member and for the next three months tutored Lazzarus in the ways of magic weaving.
One morning Lazzarus awoke to find Taben gone but there was a note left telling
Lazzarus that Taben could not finish the lessons, and that Taben had foreseen a quest of
greater importance in Lazzarus's near future and that after this was taken care of he could
find Taben on the island of Jarin and the training would be completed. Soon after
Lazzarus got the yearning to return home to Rolling Meadows to battle Krycin and has
since been on his adventure home.
Lazzarus appears as a Caucasian male standing five foot ten inches weighing about one
hundred and eighty-six pounds blue eyes totally bald except for the long middle back
length pony tail he wears. Lazzarus's attire consists of tan leather pants a whit short
sleeve shirt over which he wears a brown studded leather vest. from his wrist to mid
forearm he wears silver bracers engraved with runes. on his right hand he wears a silver
band on his middle finger and a gold band with a blood stone gem in it on the third
finger. on the right hand middle finger he wears a gold band etched with runes and
designs. On his right hand side thigh he wears a device that is strapped on this device is
actually a sword sheath that holds a sword by hilt and handle and holds it out of the way
on a slight angle. On his journey across Glilannor Lazzarus has taken on a traveling
partner by the name of Dimyr (dim-year) a pseudo dragon, pinkish-mauve in color with
big black shinny eyes.
Krycin
Krycin is a Red dragon who lives in the mountains near rolling meadows and demands a maiden
be sacrificed to him each spring. Krycin is a massive muscular speciman of the dragon race
very powerful in muscles and magic.
