If any of our jumps or standards should break or come apart under normal use within three full years from the date of purchase we will gladly repair (or replace) that item free of charge (jump cups, rails, and pick up & delivery not included).
The term "normal use" referred to above means when the jump or standard is being used during the normal activity of equestrian horse jumping only. It does not include any type of breakage or damage caused by neglect, mishandling, transportation, theft, fire, flood, wind, weather, water, vehicles, chewing, insects, rodents, inappropriate storage, inappropriate use, or any act of God. This warranty is non-transferable. Original purchase receipt is required. Classic Equestrian Jumps will last for many years if stored in a dry area that is protected from the weather when not in use. Prolonged exposure to moisture will greatly shorten the life span of your new jumps. Periodic repainting of all surfaces using a high quality gloss or semi-gloss exterior paint is essential to protect and preserve the wood. |
