My idea for the movie is still quite sketchy, so if you have any ideas,
email me immediately. The whole adventure starts off with a beaten-up
Alliance X-wing, or any other ship, stumbling out of a wormhole located
near the Imperial core that sends it to the alpha quadrant.
Deep space nine sees the wounded ship and beams it into its docking bay.
The Alliance pilot, possibly Han Solo and the Millennium Falcon or
Dash Rendar and the outrider (who might have stumbled on the wormhole),
tells how he got there, what has been going on in the fight against the
Empire, where he's from and eventually asks for Federation assistance since
more than likely Imperial forces monitored him and would more than likely
want to spread Imperial "influence" beyond the wormhole and into the alpha
quadrant.
The Federation decides to stay neutral. Meanwhile, Imperial
scouts follow the Millennium Falcon through the wormhole and the Empire's
Star Destroyers aren't far behind. The Empire decides to establish
relations with a civilization close to the wormhole that would help them
establish a firm grasp in the new territory, putting aside their hatred
of alien races. Meanwhile, the dominion sees the empire as a force
that could prove to be an integral part in the takeover of the alpha quadrant.
The two soon create a union for each other's benefit.
The Federation becomes very nervous of Empire activity yet remain neutral
to them until Empire/Dominion/Cardassian forces attack a Klingon fleet,
completely wiping them out. Starfleet now notices the threat this
trio imposes and joins the Alliance, Klingons, Bajorians and others to
defend the Alpha Quadrant from invading forces. Also, jem-hadar ships,
informed by the obsidian order, could return through the newly discovered
wormhole and attack a rebel world such as Coruscant, kashyyyk, bespin,
or tatooine. Therefore Federation /alliance /klingon /bajorian troops return
to the star wars galaxy to safeguard it.
At the end, there has to be a huge battle with an interesting twist. Possibly
a borg or romulain intervention, that turns the tide of the battle.
There could be many faces in this movie from the past. I feel that
the whole Next Generation cast definitely should be on, (What's a Star
Trek movie without the Enterprise?), Picard has always been great.
I also feel that Han Solo and Luke Skywalker should at least make short
appearances---they ARE Star Wars.
Possibly there could be a new dark jedi taking command of the defeated
imperial forces and finally unifying all the scrambling warlords in the
core... Maybe the Emperor's Dark Force is captured by the cardassians
and the obsidian order, after monitoring the empire's core, learn the technique
of cloning at BYSS and bring back the emperor.
These are just ideas. Of course Paramount and Lucasfilm working together
could think of something absolutely spectacular if only one person can
think of this much. Please give me your thoughts, good or bad.
