Queen Validina was trying to capture children, put them in a good dream forever and use their energy for a black dream hole. This hole was supposed to swallow up the Earth, but she was defeated by Sailormoon and Sailorchibimoon. By the way, she was able to capture Sailorchibimoon and in a scene which for little children would probably be traumati, she sucked Sailorchibimoon's energy out of her.

Perele was one of the three brothers who was helping Validina get the children, but he wanted to simply give children good dreams and he disagreed with Validina's true intentions. He became friends with Chibi-usa and helped sav her from the Queen.

The other two brothers who captured little children by playing a flute which made children get out of their beds at night and followthem up into a ship which flew them to the Queen's castle, were destroyed by Sailoruranus when she cut their flutes with her sword and the brothers turned into birds.
