The Super S aspects of Nephrenia are that she is looking for Pegasus who lives in the dreams of young girls. There's more to her than that, but I know more about her in Sailor Stars. After being freed by Galaxia, Nephrenia wanted revenge on Sailormoon by seeing her suffer, so she captured all the senshi in mirrors, brainwashed Mamoru into loving her and because of that, she inadvertantly killed Sailor Chibimoon. In the end, Sailormoon freed her friends and Mamoru and together they gathered energy and healed Nephrenia and made her a child again so she could start her life over.

Ziraconia is basically the 2nd in command villian and takes orders from Nephrenia and tells them to the Amazon Trio and later, the Amazoness Quartet.

Like all of the Amazon Trio, Tigereye dresses like a female. He thinks that the most beautiful person has the most beautiful dream and so he charms his victims and then transforms and bolts them to a board, looks into their dream mirror, finds nothing and sends a Youma to kill the person.

Hawkeye does the same thing Tigereye does except he doesn't have the "Beautiful" philosophy. He did do one cool thing though by looking into Usagi's mother dream mirror.

Fisheye probably looks the most female of all three. She, along with the other 2, hang around in a bar talking about how they're going to find Pegasus.

The Amazoness Quartet (Cerecere, Junjun, Vesves and Parapara), never want to grow up because they think that when you are an adult your dreams end. Nephrenia found them and offered them magical powers through colored balls and the ability not to grow up. The Quartet rarely paid any attention tp Ziraconia's orders and eventually Nephrenia got fed up and said she didn't need them. The Quartet realized that if they destroyed the balls, they wouldn't get hurt. The senshi convinced them that adults have dreams to and they destroyed the balls and the Quartet helped the senshi steal the Golden Mirror from Nephrenia and replaced it with a pineapple.
