Viluy was able to get crystals thourgh computers at Mugen Gakuen High School (Haruka and Michiru's school), which she controlled with her wristbands. She died after her bands broke.
Tomoe Suichi sold his soul to bring back his daughter, Hotaru, after she was killed. Tomoe, under the influence of an evil entity, created Daimon to get Pure Heart Crystals in order to wake the Silent Messiah.
Kaolinite is an assitant to Tomoe and is in love with him. She seems to work for him sometimes under the name of Kaori. She was killed by Mistress P after she asked for something.
Mistress 9 is the Silent Messiah which is Hotaru, Tomoe's daughter. Hotaru turned into Mistress 9 when she swallowed Chibi-usa's Heart Crystal. She brought Pharoah 90 to Earth after tricking Sailormoon into giving her the Holy Grail.
Eudial is one of the Witches 5. She tried to get Pure Heart Crystals for Tomoe with her weapon, Fire Buster. She was killed in her van after Mimete removed her brakes.
Mimete tried to get Pure Heart Crystals from glamourous people she admired. She thought she could increase her strength by getting into a giant T.V., but Tellu (coincidence?) pulled out the plug and killed her.
Tellu was obseessed with plants and she sold them to people. The plants would steal people's Pure Heart Crystals. She, however, was killed by one of her own creations.
Cyprine and Puchirol are twins. Cyprine gathered crystals by hypnotizing the students of Mugen Gakuen High School. The senshi tried to stop her but during the battle, Puchirol appeared and the Sailor's got them to kill each other.
