The Sailormoon R Movie
The Kisenian is a rare flower found in space that attackes to a person and takes control of them. Kisenian takes over Fiore and is using him to bring her seeds to Earth.
Fiore was Mamoru's friend when he was a child (he looks a lot like one of the Makaiju children). He had to leave because he couldn't survive on Earth for very long and as a parting gift, Mamoru gave him a flower. Fiore left promising that he'd return with lots of flowers. The plot of the movie is that Fiore returned under the influence of Kisenian and now is extremly jealous of Sailormoon because he thinks that Mamoru likes her more than he does him. In the end, Sailormoon destroys the Kisenian and Fiore left and probably lived happily ever after.
