The Sailormoon Super S movie revolves mostly around Chibi-usa. The movie starts out with the senshi in the kitchen and Usagi and Chibi-usa are arguing about whose cookies are better. Usagi's look pretty but Chibi-usa's taste much better. As the movie progresses, Chibi-usa befriends this boy, Perele, who turns out to be working for the main villain, Queen Validina. Validina sends out these three brothers who play a tune at night which makes children follow them. As the children get out of bed they sing this song as they get into a big ship which eventually takes them to the Queen's castle. The queen wants to put them in a beautiful dream forever and use their energy to feed her black dream hole which is supposed to swallow up the Earth.
When one of the brothers start playing their flute in Chibi-usa's neighborhood, she follows him. The senshi follow her and discover what's going on. Chibi-usa's friend tries to save her from being captured because he doesn't believe that Validina's intentions of helping children's dreams become better, are completely selfless. Although he couldn't prevent her from being captured, he helped the senshi find the castle, save Chibi-usa and the children and destroy Validina.
Personally, I like the snapshots at the end of the film but besides that the movie is pretty bad in my opinion.
As for the movies songs, the one where the children are singing while they are going onto the ship (Sanji no yosei) is actually kind of cute after you hear it about 10 times. The ending song, Morning Moon, is a very calming and actually nice tune.
