Meiou Setsuna is one of the most mysterious senshi. She is the guardian of time and although her attacks don't have anything to do with time, the staff in which all her attacks are done with is shaped like a key. Setsuna is friendly with Haruka and Michiru, but she doesn't seem to be close like the inner senshi are.
In battle, Sailorpluto can be called one of the most powerful senshi, for she can forever stop time. This attack was only done in order to save Uranus and Neptune and she was sent away for breaking a time taboo.
Powers, Attacks and EquipmentSetsuna has one of the talismants that is necessary to form the holy grail, the Garnet Orb. This orb sits on top of her staff.
