Sailormoon, also known as the klutzy and boy crazy Tsukino Usagi, was late to class one day when she rescued a cat who was being picked on by some kids. The cat later told her that she was destined to fight evil. Her boyfriend, Chiba Mamoru (Tuxedo Kamen), a 20 year old in college, at first annoyed Usagi by calling her "Odongo Atama," (dumpling head) but after discovering each others identity, they fell in love just as they did a thousand years ago in the Silver Millenium. The Silver Millenium is the time where Sailormoon, along with the other senshi and Tuxedo Kamen, came from. After being attacked by the Dark Kingdom, Queen Serenity (Usagi's mom) sent everyone to Earth where they were reborn with no memories of what happened. Usgai was princess Serenity in the past and Neo-Queen Serenity of the future. Although she is a klutzy crybaby, she is very dedicated and loyal to her freinds, both as Usagi and as Sailormoon. She always fights with the philosophy that there is always an alternative to fighting and this is shown a lot during all the series, especially S, when the Outer senshi try to kill the Dark Messiah, but Sailormoon steps in and saves her and turns her good.
