Seiya, the lead singer of The Three Lights, is (in my opinion) a Mamoru replacement. He calls Usagi "Ondango Atama", which Usagi says only Mamoru can call her. Seiya is a bit of a show off, but is a grateful loser when he fails.
As a senshi, Seiya turns into a female and when he fights, he feels (along with the toher Sailor Starlgihts) that he will fight to the death, although Sailormoon shows them that there is an alternative to fighting by using her Starligjt Honeymoon Therapy Kiss on Farce's (people who have had their star seed taken away) and healing them.
