I'm not going to bother with the stats, for the simple fact that basically nothing is known about her. I have put everything that I either know or think is important about her below.

Tsukino Chibi Chibi is the 3rd soldier from the moon and is the hope of Galaxia's star seed. She can only say "Chibi, Chibi, Chibi" and repeat what other people say. Chibi Chibi's power brought Eternals Sailormoon's star seed back and she also transformed into an older version of herself and created a sword for which Sailormoon could fight with.

After the defeat of Galaxia, Chibi Chibi said thank you and turned into a pink ball of eenergy and flew off into the sky.
