Liquid petrolatum.............1.5 oz.
Wool Fat.......................1 oz.
Borax............................7 gr.
Rose water....................1 oz.
Melt paraffin, add the Liquid petrolatum then add the other ingredients. Mix.

Spermaceti......................1 lb.
White wax........................5 lbs
Liquid petrolatum..............2 gals
Borax...............................4 oz
Water...............................1 gal
Perfume to suit..........................
Melt spermaceti and wax. Add the other ingredients. Mix.
This formula. of can be reduced to lesser quantities
ROUGE (Paste)
Zinc Oxide...........................2.5 oz
Bismuth subnitrate...............2.5 oz
Aluminum Plumbate............2.5 oz
Eosin................................1 dr
Perfume to suit...................2 dr

Oil of Peppermint..............30 min. (drops)
Dissolve the Eosin in the perfume. Mix the camphor and the peppermint;
put together, then add the powders and make into a paste with almond oil.
