When Your Down
It hurts,
It is stuck,
Makes me feel sick and sad.
Just the fact that I sinned- so bad.
But what more is there to do but pray,
Ask for forgiveness and hear God say:
You are wonderful and my creation,
I made you one and separate among the nation.
I feel when your down,
and I feel when your sad,
But I am hear to give you a helping hand.
To lift you up and love you through all.
To be there at the sound of your call.
Talk to me, cry to me,
I am there when you put down your knee.
Confide in me my caring child.
You are my friend and I love you so.
I care for you and want you to know,
that I am here for you.
