Tito Puente CDs with Maynard Ferguson

TITO PUENTE, SPECIAL DELIVERY FEATURING MAYNARD FERGUSON -- Concord Picante CCD-4732

In 1996, Maynard entered the studio with Tito Puente and laid down the tracks Be-Bop and On Green Dolphin Street, both of which made it onto this great Latin CD. Maynard solos beautifully! Even if you're not much of a Latin Jazz fan (shame on you), you'll probably like this CD. It's got some GREAT instrumentalists, and the arrangements are contemporary and interesting.
COPY #1. Just in, this is the first copy of this great CD that I've had in stock in about 3 years. They're VERY hard to find. This one is used, but it's in superb, NMINT+ condition. $12.00.

TITO PUENTE, THE CONCORD JAZZ HERITAGE SERIES -- Concord Jazz CCD-4814-2

Here's the 1998 Concord compilation CD of various tracks by Tito Puente. Included on this CD is the track On Green Dolphin Street with MF. Maynard solos beautifully! I enjoy listening to this CD, as it's a great retrospective of Puente's music over a number of years.
COPY #1. Just in, this one is MINT, FACTORY SEALED, but it does have a small saw cut near the bottom of the spine (a cut-out remainder item). If you like, I can open the shrink wrap and replace the case before sending this to you, but the outer cardboard sleeve will still show slight signs of the saw cut, as well as the backing paper inside the case on the spine. The disc is, of course, mint, never-played. Due to the saw cut, this otherwise full-price mint CD is just $4.00.
COPY #2. Just in, this one is used, and has a hole punch in the rear liner paper -- a cut-out item. But the jewel case is like new. The disc shows a few very, VERY minor surface scratches (only visible in strong oblique light). It plays absolutely perfectly, guaranteed. Due to the hole punch and the very minor scratches, this one is just $2.00.
