Frances Faye 45s with Maynard Ferguson

FRANCES FAYE, JOHN HENRY / ST. JAMES INFIRMARY -- Bethlehem 45-3013

Back in February and March of 1957, Maynard played trumpet with the Russ Garcia Orchestra backing Frances Faye on an album entitled France Faye Sings Folk Songs. These two tracks come from that LP. It's a very hard-to-find little 45. It has white labels, but nowhere does it indicate that it's a D.J. or "not for sale" copy.

FRANCES FAYE, LONESOME ROAD / SOMEBODY LOVES ME -- Bethlehem 45-11002

Here's a great little white label "DEE JAY" disc, with printed "NOT FOR SALE" indications on the label. It contains MF with Frances Faye on Lonesome Road from the Folk Songs album and Somebody Loves Me from the I'm Wild Again album! Cool!!! And very, very rare!!!
