DESPAIR
The world, indeed, is a jewel
if you don't see, then you are a fool
a place of beauty, and wonders abound
where true enlightenment can be found
a realm for all to live and die
a heaven in which we all may lie
the beauty of day is contrasted by night
and all have opposites, as is their right
but the only slums on this world are sought
is that which the human race has brought
