The hospital rapist was Ian Griffith. It was his frustrated obsession with Melissa that had driven him over the edge. (He was her former parole officer.) Mike was a suspect at some point.
His Victims were:
1. Melissa-on the night of their wedding, in their honeymoon suite, Pete was knocked out and Melissa was almost attacked, but she got away. She later identified Ian as the rapist
2. Maggie-raped
3. Kristie, a nurse-raped-she remembered that her attacker wore a lab coat with Dr. Mike Horton's name badge which is why Mike became a suspect
