Dai Shin Asks a Question

On his deathbed, 
  the Buddha Shakyamuni told his followers 
    that there would be a future Buddha  
      named "Kindness".
in Pali, "Mettaya"
in Sankrit, "Meitreya"

Dai Shin, 
  literally "Great Heart", 
    meaning one touched by everything, 
      asks Coyote Roshi a question: 
"How will Meitreya teach on a world of ashes?" 

Coyote pinches the tip of her nose.

She lets out a yelp, "Yeow!".

Meanwhile, at the bus depot, 
  the world of ashes has collected enough change 
    to get one-way tickets for everyone, 
      and their aunts and uncles, 
        their pets, 
        their kids, 
        their dreams and
          for anyone who would remember 
            that they once walked 
              under clear night constellations.  

Meitreya is yet to be born.

When Coyote relieves himself on the world of ashes, 
   there is a steaming, hissing stink.
