CRIME DON'T PAY
Acccording to the current statistics on the groth rate of crimes commited by juvenilles, nearly 38%
of all violent crimes are committed by juvinilles.It has become my belief that this increase is directly proportional to the awareness that under current laws a juvinille cannot be tried as an adult because of laws that state any crime committed by a person under the age of 21. In order to combat this alarming rise it is neccessary to try juvinilles as adults punishing them for their adult crimes.
