I'll let
Big Dog Sportswear share with you what CCI is:
This is Revelle. My family raised
him about 10 years ago. He was one of the first litters that CCI used.
He is a Yellow Labrador. He passed all the training, and graduated and
went to a man that had severe arthritis. His master has since died
in Minnesota. He didn't bring Revelle when he went there to visit his family.
He died when he went down a flight of stairs. His wheelchair flipped and
he broke his neck. He died instantly. Revelle has since been retired. ("Retired"
means he is no longer in service.) He is completely blind from cataracts
and is living a peaceful life with a family in Scotsdale, Arizona.
This is Ackerman. My sister and I raised him. He was a great dog. He was big and strong, and he loved the water. One time, at the lake in the picture, he just started swimming out, even though I hadn't thrown a stick out for him to get. Born: January 7, 1997. We were interviewed by CCI to recieve a puppy on January 7, 1997. We recieved Ackerman on March 7, 1997. Passed Basic Obedience Training on September 16, 1997. Breed: Cross between Golden Retriever and Yellow Labrador. Graduated from Advanced Training. Turn-in Date: February 21, 1998. Graduated from additional six months as an Assistance Dog to Grace Peay on August 20, 1998.
And this is Faithful. She has been a fun dog as
well. She didn't make it throught the 6 additional months. We gladly took
her back.
