1. Two words: opponent's breath.
2. Distracted by my opponent's time pressure.
3. My opponent did not follow my plan.
4. He shouldn't have played on in a lost position.
5. After making move, accidentally punched opponent instead of clock.
6. My opponent was about to cry.
7. Went outside for fresh air, forgot about game, kept on walking.
8. Disturbed by own reflection in opponent's sunglasses.
9. Confused ECO A29 line 13 note 87c with ECO A13 line 87c; lost queen.
